All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By making a purchase, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete payment information • Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred • Pay any applicable taxes • Authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Our refund policy varies by service: • For digital services: Refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially delivered • For registration services: Refunds are available only if the application has not been submitted to the relevant authority • For consulting services: Refunds are prorated based on services rendered Please contact our support team for specific refund requests.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launzr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
